All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order.

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00
  • Standard Delivery $6.00 (3-5 business days)
  • Express delivery $15.00 (2 business days)
Important to note:
  • Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days on top of standard delivery times.
  • Delivery services do not run on National or State Public Holidays.
  • Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of Kal Babies.

You will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time once your order has been dispatched.

We will accept returns within 7 calendar days after delivery for a full refund. After this seven-day-timeframe, items can be returned for a store credit.

It is necessary that you include the order number and name associated with it. This will help us efficiently process your return. No return form is necessary.  

Once we receive your item, a refund process is initiated immediately. Please allow up to three weeks for it to conclude. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important to note:

  • It is important that you contact us before returning an item so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly by our team.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier and keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition; with the original sale tags attached, without being worn, washed, stained or damaged, and within 30 days.
  • The item must be packaged in a way so as to protect the item from transit damage.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit
  • Replacement items are sent only after original item is received, 
  • Please note, store credits must be used within 12 months of issue. 
  • Returns over $300 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%. 


If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you may return it within 30 calendar days after delivery for a store credit.

It is important that you indicate it is a gift, in addition to your name and email address, along with the order number if known. If not, please include the buyer’s name to help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. The buyer will not be contacted.

All returned items must be in their original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels, as detailed in the RETURNS & REFUNDS section.


Items marked SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
